What It Costs, Written Down Before You Arrive
Session fees below are for bench and bay time. Components are billed separately at what they cost us plus a stated markup, and the markup appears on your invoice as its own line rather than being folded into a package price.
Fitting Sessions
The session fee is credited in full against a build ordered within thirty days. If you buy nothing, you still keep the data and the spec cards.

Terms Worth Knowing
- Component markup is 18 percent across the board, printed on the invoice as its own line. It does not vary by brand, which is precisely the point.
- Deposit on special orders is half the component cost. Session fees are settled at the end of the session, not in advance.
- Cancellation is free with twenty-four hours notice. Inside that window the session fee stands, because the bay sat empty.
- Build warranty covers our workmanship for twelve months. If a head comes loose or a ferrule lifts on a club we built, it is fixed at no charge.
- Re-gauge after a season is free for anything built here, indefinitely. Bring it back whenever.
- Payment by card or cash. We do not run financing and we do not take deposits on speculative work.
No Surprises at the Counter
If a session turns up something that changes the number materially, we stop and tell you before we do the work. That has happened perhaps a dozen times and it has never once gone badly.
