Surnames are shortened where the golfer asked for it and printed in full where they did not mind. Every one of these is from a real session logged in the shop book, and the dates are the session dates rather than the dates the note arrived.
We do not publish the ones that were unhappy, which is normal for a page like this and worth saying out loud. If a build has gone wrong here — and over twenty years a handful have — the fix has always been free and immediate, because a bench that will not stand behind its own tolerances has no reason to exist.
